Today’s Griffey card is
an oddball, straight out of the Broder style cards of the 1980s and 1990s. The
card is Griffey on a yellow Dime Sports Magazine cover. I looked in to it and
Dime Sports Magazine was a magazine printed in the 1930s and 1940s. The back of
the card mistakenly lists his birthplace as Charleroi, Pennsylvania instead of
Donora, Pennsylvania.
